From Rehabilitation to
Performance
Where Data and Expertise Meet
Sustainable performance requires more than protocols alone. By combining science, experience and human insight, I guide players from injury recovery to long-term performance via smart periodisation – always with attention to detail and growth.
From Data to Impact on the Field
Real progress emerges when analysis, human insight and smart planning come together. No black-and-white approaches, no rigid timelines, but a dynamic strategy that considers the individual, short- and long-term goals, match schedules and contextual factors.
Whether developing a player performance plan, overseeing injury rehabilitation or leading a multidisciplinary team, my focus is always on detail, collaboration and maximising every potential. Everything that can be influenced is based on scientific insights and proven experience, enabling players and teams to reach their full potential.
From the first phase of recovery to the final sprint on the field: this data-informed approach is applied consistently in every decision, every session, and every movement on the pitch.
